l assume u do not feel like paying top dollar. Your best bet is to call ur local salvage yards, as used is the way to go here. It will probably be in similar shape as the rear crossbar u have & be a lot cheaper than dealer replacement. In addition to local salvage yards, u can try an international parts locator service like junkyarddog.com etc.
Another option is to check with scca.org & see if there r any local scca clubs in ur area, then go to their web sites' message boards. If so, l am sure some Subaru owners r in it, & these guys probably know by word of mouth who has spare parts laying around. (For example, I've got all kinds of OBS spare parts in my garage just in case l need them or someone local needs them. Lots of Impreza owners r like this.)
Or, try some online communities like rs25.org & post a wanted ad in their classifieds. Subaru owner online communities can be very active & provide lots of help.
