They have a 5EAT on the legacy is but l am guessing unless it shows better mileage or performance, there is no reason to change. Both RAV-4 and CR-V have AWD systems that are a joke. They run FWD till the rear slips so maybe the 5 speed suits them better. If AWD is important to you, do your self a favor and do not even consider the other two. Subaru has made AWD vehicles for decades and now has one of the best systems on the market.
