i'm not sure weather a waste gates make a noise etc.coz obviously the dump valve does, the guy the fitting the wastegate said they tweek up the psi or turbo or something so it will help the bhp not sure...

You are being conned..your turbo charger already has a waste-gate built into it. The only reason you would have an external waste-gate (which is what l think there sharks are trying to sell you) is if you had a huge aftermarket turbo which you obviously don't
