Check out the web site tirerack.com. It has numerous choices of tire and rim combinations. They ship next day, and the tires come mounted on rims. l bought many tires and rims from this company and have never had a problem. Check them out.

Personally l would go with 17's
Because there the same size that come on ST l and the 06 and newer WRX's!
And l am into performance not bling! Big rims are just a waist of money in my opinion. So far as rim brands l like BBS, RAYS, Volk, Rota are all good.
With a 17'' rim the recommended tire sizes are:
205-50-17, 215-45-17, 225-45-17 or maybe 235-45-17

It really depends on what u want to spend. Most important is knowing what tire size u r going with. l think with stock suspension, 235mm is not a problem but anything bigger might rub. Stock offset l believe is +53mm so l would not go any further out than 48 to 45 mm to prevent ur wheel bearings from going bad. l personally would not have stock suspension so l would go with a grippier 225/45/17 tire on some 17X7.5 to 8 with a +48mm wheel. If funds were not an issue, l would go with some Volk RE30's(about $600 each). For a middle price range l might go with some Enkei RPF1(about $250 each).
