From 08 on they are molded into the hood, the older models have the hood your talking about, they still have a large stock of OEM hoods, but No you cannot get that style hood on an 08 or newer WRX or STi and they will not fit.

Those were only on the 04-05 models. The hood scoop design has to do with the shape of the front of the car. It is shaped a certain way for maximum flow of air through the intercooler. l personally hated the ''Look at me!'' huge scoop and like the new design much better.

not anymore but everyone knows about aftermarket parts. yes you can buy them aftermarket. go to one of those compact car magazines websites. im sure youll find one there. but straight from stock not anymore. cause its like a distraction on the hood. in you line of sight. so whoever the motor vehicles people are they made subaru take them out and put smaller ones on.
