Obviously, I am going to get an oil change right away.However, Subaru people, anything you know that l should do to keep this vehicle running for a very long time? Any specific air filter, oil, etc? Tips are much appreciated, l guess this goes with any car.

bring it for a thorough checkup. you should have done this before buying it.

oil change, all fuilds checked, brakes checked, tires checked

do check ups and everything on time and you should be fine. subaru is run till they die. you dont need to do much.

Take it to good dealership,,ask people about it where you live.. there more then one in many areas.. Talk to the Tech people there. if they sound like they know what they are talking about..Have them run a check on the cars history/Updates./Warranty.Go for it ..Sounds like you have good deal!!

Stock air box is very good so it does not need to be changed. l also think its always a good idea to let your car warm up before taking off. Make sure you have 4 of the same tires at the right psi. If you have to change one tire you really need to get a whole new set cause it will mess up your differential if they are different sizes.
