l believe the '07 Has a little more power but weighs slightly more.

It will come down to the driver in a race like that.

You could have identical models/versions of even the same year, and one may be tuned or just run faster than another.and of course the operator may be a factor.

l THINK PROBABLY THERE BOTH THE SAME BECAUSE THERE BOTH THE SAME CARS NO KIDDING, SAME ENGINES,SAME LOOKS AND SAME AUTO SCULPT.

They both have 296HP.

They have the same engines and mechanical parts.

The 2007 model has different lights and grill and wheels.

l prefer the looks of the 2005, but most people like the 2007 more.

both of them runs on 296horses. the only thing different 'bout them is that the '07 model has been facelifted.
weight, differential, torque are all about the same.

05 is faster/better IMHO

They are identical. The VF43 turbo just has a slightly bigger wastegate port compared to the VF39 in the 05 to reduce boost creep. The 07 also has slightly better gearing so it might have a slight advantage in acceleration but they have the same potential. There was no difference in power output just that the standard for power testing for the manufacturer changed that year so they claimed the 07 made a few less HP but it is actually the same amount.
