l have a stock 2005 wrx.im planning on getting a tbe, and ecu.should l go with the cobb stage 2 package, which is the tbe, and ecu or go with the vishnu stage 2 package, which is tbe, ecu, pulley system.have you heard one is better than the other?

personally, l would get a tbe, catless uppipe, and tune done by your local reputable subaru shop

use a base map for your set and then get your car on the dyno and make sure it is safe (good a/f and injector duty cycle)

it does not make sense to get one or the other if no one in your area has experience using it

cobb. hands down.

stage 2 is also a full exhaust with the down pipe.. with a cat or without..

For Stg 2, Cobb is easily the most user friendly of the two.. Have you done the supporting mods? ( TBE, fuel pump, injectors, TGV deletes, etc?)
There are only a few places that work with COBB, and can do a good protune.. but l personally feel it is the way to go.check nasioc.com.. if you want more opinions. lots of tune junkies there.

If you just want to flash then l would recommend COBB just because the support is huge. You can get them anywhere and many tuners are familiar with it. If you are planning on getting a custom tune then it is best to pick a reputable tuner and ask them what they like to tune with. There are many other tuning choices for Subaru than those two.
