can any one tell me how much a ecu remap cost me and how much bhp it will give me on my 2003 subaru wrx

its called the COBB Tuning AccessPort. u pay around 700 for it, & have the capabilities to tune it yourself.. COBB has a website listing their tunes & what supporting mods r required for each tune. stage 1 is not that different from stock, but stage 2 is insane (compared to stock).

you can go protune. but if u dont even have any mods on, well then thats a waste of money until u go BT. plus COBB u can change everything yourself, & ur protuner (if hes any good) will use the COBB & put ur custom tune map onto the accessport that way u have full control over what map ur car is running

a friend of mine just flew this guy out from cali to NY. He did mine for $150. Not a 100% positive what he did but he hooked it up to his comp. Now im running 16.5 lbs.He changed some other things like the rev limiter and some air/fuel stuff. He estimates im about 230whp and about 320tq

Most prices I've seen are around $150/hr and yes you could go ahead and get a Cobb AP but a Professional tune will always be better
