The WRX would be slightly faster than the R32 but l prefer the R32 any day.

l dont know which is the fastest as standard but l would go for the wrx, its a very tuneable fast car, there is so many ways to get extra b.h.p. and a very diveable car, l drive a porshce cayman c, my dad drives a subaru sti both great cars but with completely different charactoristics, there is too much body roll on the r32 and doesnt feel as if you have full confidence when throwing it into corners or left foot braking is a bit twitchy

Wrx is faster and allot more driveable.However the Golf will be worth more in years to come.If you have the spare change get a Mitsubishi Evo.Pure driving at its best and allot less on the road!

Even in standard trim, the Scooby will beat the lardy Golf is limited 155mph top speed, and beat it 0-60mph. But as we all know, Scoobys are just begging to be tweaked up to 350bhp!

Pro drive wrx. and if its an imported pink badge it would hammer it. plus they're only a 2.0 or a 2.5 litre engine. what subaru have done to them engines is remarkable. r32 has around 250bhp impreza around 275bhp but imprezas are rarely standard but even so wrx would be quicker mate.

The WRX is slighty faster to 60mph. By 0.1 seconds.
Both have top speeds of 155mph.

l prefer the R32. It is more rare and looks better. Only 5000 R32 is are made for each generation of R32. They are in the 2nd generation now.

If you mean WRX P1 the special edition by prodrive then the P1 is not only faster and better than the R32 but it is one of the best special editions Subaru Cars that ever produced. If it is equipped with the optional after market wheels (for omologation purposes they were not standard) the it is even better. Faster and with better handling
