Hey im most likely purchasing a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT 5 speed and black leather.undecided on the color most likely depends on what l can find.l think black and blue are my top choices.white being last choice.What do you all think of the car?

eh. not a big fan of Subaru. l dont really care for their looks, and they feel cheap to me, in terms of fit and finish. but to each his own.

you should also try to find a STi limited. Personally, l would get the STi Limited over the Legacy GT, but that is just my personal choice

l would say it is an excellent choice. l work at a Subaru dealership, so I've driven the ST l Limited and the Legacy GT, and l would highly recommend the Legacy for it is smoother ride, quieter interior, and more plush feel. While the ST l may be much quicker, the Legacy will be better as a daily driver unless you like the ''marbles in a tin can'' feel. :P

l personally like the subaru legacy's. Sometimes l think that is the car l should have purchased. It does not seem to attract as much (unwanted) attention as the wrx or sti. Also it has more room and is very luxurious. As far as power goes, you can go to stage 2 very easily and would be up there with the sti's. Good luck with your purchase.

The 2005 and up GT turbo is a work of art. I've driven dozens of them and would own a spec B if l had the cash. Black and silver are best. l do not like the Atlantic blue pearl. Go for it.
