Yes. You could turbocharge a lawnmower if you wanted to bad enough.

Take a look at jcwhitney.com and see if they have anything. Just remember, you get what you pay for.

Go search online, theres bolt-on turbo kits you can buy, for older impreza it inlcude all you need to put in on your suby. Probably around 5 to 8k for quility one.
