Since in sydney we cant drive turbos supercharges n v8s, l was wondering if l could buy a 1999 impreza wrx stock turbo, and get it taken out? would that be easy and how much would it cost? thanks a lot =)
when l say no turbos superchargers or v8s, thats when your on your P's. they are legal after youv got ya full license..

man that sucks no turbos or v8's, but its possible to take the turbo out, but there is way too much customizing in order to get it to NA

If u were to do this, u would need new exhaust made from the headers back. Then tuning would have to be done with after market engine management because l do not think the WRX ECU will run right without the turbo & all the sensors in the intake & exhaust. The one problem u will run into is the lack of power since the WRX motor is lower compression than the N/A motors. It will be so boring to drive. Why not just buy a beat up old truck or little car that will cost next to nothing to drive for however long it takes to get ur license & buy a WRX then?
