l do not understand why a man is scrotel (as in a men is genitalia) is called a ball sack, there is no sack down there, or at least l didnt see one? Does anyone have an explanation..

l think you are confused by the twelve year olds whose genetalia have not descended yet. When they do, there will be a two compartment ''sack'' obvious to the observer.
