where can l put a air breather filter on this car and is this car lsd and traction control equipped

You mean air filter? or PCV valve? Air filter is in a plastic box. Depends on trim level if you have those two things, if you floor it in the rain and the wheels do not spin you probably have them. To tell if you have an LSD jack the car up and spin the wheel with your hand with the car in neutral, if the wheel on the other side spins the same way you have an LSD if not you have open diff.

If u talking about the air breather element, l do not think the subaru for this year has one or u can place one. But u can put it at the return PCV hose where it is next to the air intake (OEM). However, it will eventually carry out the check engine light.

The LSD & the Traction Control only existed in the GT model. Will u able to get a TC for this 1995, u may able to find one from the GT model; but the GT model is a 2.5L engine, u may have to adjust few things for both front & rear drive train before u can do it.

The reference only for US model.If u search website for UK, try to find the 4-cam legacy or estate; they may have the TC for replacement.
