Not all used cars r the same. It all depends on what type of transmission r u looking for, the mileage of the car, the service history & the trim level & how much u want to spend. Most Outbacks come with a 2.5 litre 4 cylinder engine. In the 03 MY they came out with an optional 3 litre H-6 cylinder. They r a great AWD wagon & r safe & reliable.
l am assuming u r in the US. go on line & check out the Kelly blue bock. You can also try car max, auto trader & craiglist. You could also check Subaru.com they should have some listings for used.
Prices could range from $9,000. to 15,000. US again that depends on the individual car.
