Does anyone know if all the new wrx sti's will be hatchbacks

l am not sure about the sti variant, but Subaru has confirmed that the wrx will be in both a sedan and hatchback for the 2008 model year. See link below for details and pics.

Motortrend says you can not get the sedan in the US.

l we not to many websiyes and they say that all new ST l will all be hatchback, no option for a sedan.

Yes it will be available only in a hatchback for 2008.

l hope it comes in sedan form too. From what l read on a lot of mags is that the ST l will only be in hatchback form in the U.S. Each mag says that its only rumors though. We complained about how the hatchback never came to the U.S. & now word is that its going to with no sedan & everyone is whining again. l got an 06 ST l & was planning to get the new WRX ST l but its disgusting Im not expecting anythin better to come out of the new STI. The EVO looks tight tho but l will be a trader. Maybe Lexus IS-F but too expensive.

Just read Motor Trend (one of the above posters is wrong BTW).

They say that the STi will be available ONLY as a hatchback. You will still be able to drive a WRX in sedan form. The U.S. is apparently the only market that will get sedans because hatchbacks still do not sell well over here.
