Installling a belt would not cause any steering problems. Better check your alignment, If it pulls when brakes are applied power steering fluid may have been spilled on your brakes. If so they owe you a repair
|

You need an alignment. No coincidence. Whenever there is something done to steering or suspension work the car needs to be re-aligned.
