This is a great debate..some people say its useless and that it damages your car because your engine runs rich in between shifts and others like me say TO HELL WITH THAT!! l got a Greddy Type RS in my 02wrx and l love it, ive had no issues what so ever with rough idle or any hesitation in between shifts..but honestly if l was you l would use that money for an uppipe man.

BOVs cause your car to run rich for a bit. This is BAD for your car, trust me, the first time l had to take my sti to the local garage was because of the BOV. l ended up taking it off. But l loved the sound of it, so l picked up an APS BOV and had it recirculate most of the air.
