which one is better? SUBUARU WRX-STI or LANCER EVO? Looks and speed!!!?

You KNOW that getting parts for the Subaru, or getting it repaired most anywhere u are, is likely not a problem for the Subaru. The Lancer Evo? l would not be so sure. Of course, everyone has a Subaru, & u can not say the same about the Lancer. But, remember that exclusivity often comes with a very high price tag, far beyond the initial price tag. Lancer = ultimate cool, potential pain in the rear. Subaru = fast, reliable, still cool, & much more practical for everyday use.

the STi.. the lancer is quicker, but the STi has more overall power, and better looks. price wise, id go with the evo. cuz for almost $10000 cheaper and you ALMOST..motice l said almost.. get the same power. back to the STi. The STi is also a subaru and has all wheel drive.so thats a plus.

You are comparing apples to oranges. If price is not a problem, of course EVO is better. 280BHP with electronic differentials. But you must consider the fact that price difference can get you alot of aftermarket parts for the WRX. Furthermore WRX has much more variety of aftermarket parts compared to EVO.

Subaru, better handling, better ride, better speed 300 hp, better dealer network, better reputation, better safety, better looking. Better getter a Subbie.

You would not go wrong with either car. The EVO is cheaper & handles WAY better. The ST l is quicker & more luxurious (an oxymoron on these 2 cars). As for looks, it really depends upon ur taste. l like the way both looks.

As for modding, l am not sure where the other answerers got their info but it is just as easy to find EVO aftermarket parts as it is for the STI. It is easier to make the EVO just as fast as the ST l than it is to make the ST l handle like the EVO

sti hands down.you can not kill them..drive it hard and still comes through every time.

Depends, both look ok, and have similar speeds, but if you like the sound of a weedwacker, go for the base Evo.

STI. boxer engine sounds awesome

you spell subaru is wrongla..the better is both because both of it is 4wd and their looks is ok.the speed.ok,the subaru is slower than lancer but in game,the lancer is good for drifting same as subaru,just the look of wrx-sti when modified at exterior is nicer than evo.
